As a bold, forward-thinking IT Innovation Associate you'll help us explore and apply cutting-edge technologies like Gen AI, XR/VR, blockchain, and quantum computing. You'll thrive on experiments, solve complex challenges, and make a real impact, to lead innovation at scale.
Role and Responsibilities
As an IT Innovation Associate, you’ll be a catalyst for change—spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning bold concepts into real-world solutions. You’ll work across Departments and disciplines to co-create the future of ASML’s digital landscape. Your mission includes:
Designing and driving innovation roadmaps that align with ASML’s strategic goals
Leading the full innovation lifecycle—from ideation to proof-of-concept to enterprise scaling
Scouting and experimenting with emerging technologies to unlock new business value
Rapidly prototyping and piloting solutions to test feasibility and impact
Collaborating with business and IT teams to co-develop use cases that matter
Translating global tech trends into actionable opportunities for ASML
Organizing hackathons, inspiration sessions, and other innovation-driving events
Building compelling business cases and storytelling decks to secure buy-in and scale success
Education and experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on High Tech products and with complex processes. As IT Innovation Associate, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Information Management, or a related technical field
3–8 years of experience in IT, innovation, or digital transformation roles
Proven experience with innovation management, design thinking, prototyping, and agile methodologies
