Release Train Engineer for the Machine Conditioning DUV Scanner Department

• Creating transparency and alignment on Release Train status by setting up, coordinating, and facilitating Release Train ceremonies
• Optimizing flow by tracking, reporting, and measuring Release Train performance and installing continuous integration/delivery
• Ensuring high quality & fast delivery of the Release Train by removing Release Train impediments and managing Release Train dependencies
• Ensuring optimal guidance and excellence for the teams by coaching and developing the Scrum Masters and align the way of working across teams
• Ensure delivery excellence by keeping the Release Train stable and shielding it from external interferences
• Provide analyses of current (work)processes, evaluate bottlenecks and advice regarding improvements in processes and procedures
• Minimize blockers for Release Train progress by managing the risks

• Master degree in engineering eg mechanics, mechatronics, applied physics or industrial engineering
• 5-10 years relevant work experience as a leader in a complex product development environment.
• Experience in High tech, low volume industries and/ or proto manufacturing is a pre.
• Experienced and knowledgeable on Agile, lean and SAFe, eg SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• Strong change management and people management skills

• Being able to communicate effectively and decisive throughout different levels within the organization.
• Strong change management and coaching skills within own department and towards stakeholders outside department
• Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills
• Strong personality: decisive, taking initiative and giving direction

About Machine Conditioning Department:

The Release Train Engineer is positioned in the DUV Machine Conditioning department, which is responsible for specification, design, integration and qualification of the conditioning solutions in the area of thermal and fluid control for ASML end products. The main focus is to create a clean and thermally stable environment, which is a crucial requirement for accuracy and speed of the world’s leading lithography tools

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
