System industrialization Engineer - Source Laser Industrialization

Are you ready to help shape the future of semiconductor technology? Join ASML as a System Industrialization Engineer and contribute to the development and industrialization of our EUV Source program. You’ll help turn breakthrough innovations into reliable solutions for customers worldwide.

As a system industrialization engineer, You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are manufacturable and serviceable.

• Review technical documentation and incorporate customer requirements.

• Define and create service and manufacturing activities, including diagnostics and recovery processes.

• Drive industrialization of new products through process engineering and risk mitigation.

• Optimize factory cycle times and machine installation sequences.

• Prepare and train Field and Factory teams for new product Introductions.

• Support rapid resolution of complex system issues at customer and supplier sites.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, physics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or mathematics.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary team related to design, implementation, or maintenance of complex high-tech systems.

• Experience with process engineering, FMEA, and technical documentation.
