WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Personal development: During your traineeship you and your mentor (senior professional within Damen) will focus on developing various key competencies and skills. Take part in a range of trainings alongside fellow trainees, designed to boost your skills, confidence, and career potential.
• Unique traineeship: Every traineeship is tailored to your ambitions, talents and challenges.
• Rotations: The two-year program consists of three to four rotations, selected based on your ambitions and goals together with the Traineeship Manager.

KEY CRITERIA

What are the criteria to be eligible to apply for a traineeship?

Every year, there are limited spots available. To be eligible to this program, you must hold a bachelor or master’s degree (not only limited to Finance), you must be willing to travel to different Damen locations, possess no more than two years of work experience and demonstrate curiosity, dedication and an open-minded attitude. • Apply:
  Apply online till 11-07-2025, including your CV and a personal statement highlighting your interest in Damen and the traineeship. Show us what sets you apart!
• Online meet & greet:
  After evaluating your application, we will invite you for an online meet & greet. This is your chance to get to know Damen and vice versa.
• Online assessment:
  Next, you'll complete an online assessment, which decides if you will proceed to the interview and presentation stages.
• Interview:
  Upon successfully clearing the assessment, you will be invited for an interview.
• Presentation Panel:
  Once you've aced the interview, it is your turn to let us discover the amazing individual you are during a presentation which will be conducted by a panel.
