Vacature
To support important capex projects for a client in the pharmaceutical sector in the region of Puurs, we now wish to recruit 3 Senior Project Managers. They will have overall responsibility for the execution of projects, managing key site investment projects from concept through to handover.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
These roles are to suppot the project engineering team of our client, which is responsible for majority of the capex investments in the Puurs site and covering facilities & utilities and production equipment related projects with close interaction with production, qualification and automation team.
Project 1: Compounding/formulation engineering PM 3000L project
- Team of ±10 engineers for compounding/formulation project
- 4x3000L vessels + skids + mobile vessels + upgrade SIP/CIP booths
- Building demolition and new building + necessary facilities & utilities
- Tie-in to existing production facility
Project 2: Compounding/formulation engineering PM suspensions/beads project
- Team of ±5-8 engineers for compounding/formulation project
- Process redesign on suspension and beads product incl collaboration with NVS R&D
- Isolator, slurry vessels, aseptic beads mill for wet grinding + booths
- Building demolition and new building + necessary facilities & utilities (combined with the 3000L vessels project)
- Tie-in to existing production facility
Project 3: Engineering PM for new product including filling line
- Team of ±5-8engineers (to be defined more in detail)
- New sterile syringe filling line
- DMO product introduction
- Compounding/formulation adaptations for the new product
- AVI
- Limited packaging scope
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Construction/Science or relation Discipline
- Professional Qualification in Project Management
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- Proven experience in a GMP environment / pharmaceutical sector
- Experience of managing projects of 20-30 mljn €
- Good understanding of all disciplines
Personal Specification:
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in Dutch and English)
- Excellent commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget man-hours and commercial return targets
- Strong work ethic
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business
- A forward planner who identifies and resolves project issues
- Critically assesses own performance and performance of others
