The Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are accurately matched, recorded, and paid on time. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong financial controls. Taking ownership of the accounts payable ledger, you’ll help ensure smooth financial operations and support the company’s cash flow and compliance.

Who/What We’re Looking For

Key essentials:

• Experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice matching and payment runs

• Ability to work with financial systems and general ledger postings

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies

• Experience communicating with suppliers and handling queries professionally

• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work

• Fluent English

This role is based in Prague, with hybrid regime.
