The Role

As a Coating Operator, you’ll operate advanced spray-booth technology, programming CNC or robotic manipulation equipment to deliver high-quality coatings every time. You’ll take ownership of process control, component preparation, and quality checks. Your work will directly impact production performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of finished components.

Who We’re Looking For

Key essentials:

• Engineering background with the ability to understand engineering drawings and measurement techniques

• Experience operating semi-automatic equipment using pre-programmed routines

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills

• A team-focused, accurate, quality-driven approach

• A flexible, communicative, customer-focused mindset with initiative

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Newport with onsite expectations. This role operates on a shift pattern of Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
