What does a global communications coordinator do at Atlas Copco Group within the Air and Gas Applications division? How do you ensure global product launches are consistent, on brand, and impactful across regions and channels?
As a global communications coordinator, you play a central role in shaping and executing global communications projects and product launches for the Air and Gas Applications division. Your main responsibility is to strengthen the divisional identity worldwide by delivering high-quality branded content and coordinated communication plans that support our global strategy, increase awareness, and ensure clarity both internally and externally.
In this role, you orchestrate global product launches from start to finish. You own master timelines, align multiple stakeholders across functions and regions, and ensure every launch is delivered on time and on brand. As global communications coordinator, you safeguard the divisional brand identity by ensuring messaging is consistent, accurate, and impactful across all communication touchpoints, from digital platforms to launch toolkits and executive materials.
You work closely with product management, marketing, regional teams, engineering, and external agencies to translate complex, technical product information into clear and compelling narratives. Acting as a quality reference point, you review and validate content to ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and overall communication excellence.
As part of a global, matrixed divisional communications team, the global communications coordinator manages multiple projects in parallel, each with different timelines and stakeholders. You also maintain and oversee divisional communication platforms, such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring content quality, accessibility, and brand alignment. You continuously measure impact, gather feedback, and help improve communication effectiveness across campaigns and channels.
You report into the divisional communications leadership and work in a hybrid, global setting, collaborating daily with international teams and partners.

5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination.
Proven experience managing global product launches or campaigns across regions and time zones.
Ability to translate technical product information into clear, engaging messaging.
Strong project management skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
Experience working with agencies and external partners, including briefings, RFPs, and quality control.
