Construction Supervisor / Manager

We have a requirement for an experienced Construction Supervisor / Manager to support several projects for a client in the pharmaceutical sector in Puurs.

Scope

• coordination of the execution phase of projects
• coordination of the external partners / contractors
• organizing the meetings with internal stakeholders
• reporting to the management of the client
  
  
  

• Degree educated or an exeptionally large experience
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Life Science, Mission Critical or similarly complex project experience
• At least 10 years construction and/or mechanical experience
• At least ten years' site experience
• Previous PM Group experience desirable
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
