Country HR Process Owner, Googler Experience (English, Dutch)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles.
• Experience in Dutch legal and regulatory requirements for local Human Resource (HR) practices and standards.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience with operational initiatives.
• Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
• Knowledge of HR tools and processes.

• Be responsible for executing the Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
