Data Analytics Sales Specialist, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in selling data analytics software or solutions.
  
• 7 years of experience working with BI front-end, data analytics middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working with a variety of technology systems, designing solutions or developing applications in financial services.
  
• Understanding of cloud data analytics technology stack (e.g., Hadoop/Spark data lakes, SQL data warehouses, data streaming, ETL, data governance, business intelligence, predictive analytics, OLAP, data science framework, BigQuery, Looker, etc.).
  
• Ability to translate business value to technology at C-level and act as a thought leader on data analytics topics.
  
• Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Generate a plan to ensure broad data analytics coverage within new Google Cloud accounts.
• Execute new data analytics workloads in existing Google Cloud accounts and accelerate data analytics consumption for key accounts.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the data analytics subject matter expert, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  
• Develop strategies to be successful at accelerating business cycles in a competitive environment.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grow the business with new data analytics customers and workloads.
