Digital and E&A Engineering Manager

As a Digital and E&A Engineering Manager, you will lead the electrical, automation and digitalization scope of a large-scale strategic investment project. You will drive the implementation of smart factory technologies, advanced automation systems and future-ready digital solutions.

• Lead the Electrical & Automation scope of major investment projects;
• Drive the design and implementation of electrical and automation infrastructures;
• Develop and execute digitalization and smart factory roadmaps;
• Define automation architectures including PLC, SCADA, MES and data integration systems;
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and technical deliverables;
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and system integrators;
• Oversee installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field;
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical and automation engineering within industrial environments;
• Experience with capital investment projects from design to commissioning;
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES and industrial automation systems;
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, power distribution and industrial networks;
• Knowledge of smart factory, digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives;
• Understanding of machinery safety standards and industrial cybersecurity;
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
