As a digital technology business partner at Tata Steel, you act as the bridge between the business and Digital Technologies (DT), helping turn ideas and challenges into clear, actionable initiatives, with defined value propositions . In this role, you:

• Serve as the first point of contact for business requests, ideas and issues. Translating business needs into clear, actionable packages and determining which DT teams should handle them
• Advise on priorities, track progress, and report back on status and outcomesand ensure alignment with business objectives and the broader DT agenda.
• Build trusted relationships with both senior business leaders and DT teams, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
• Partner with platform teams to spot and deliver impactful improvements in core technologies, focusing on small changes with high business value.
• Highlight successful DT initiatives to inspire teams, demonstrate what “good” looks like, and encourage cross-site adoption.
• Bring an outside-in market and showcase industry innovations.
• Monitor whether digital services deliver intended benefits, identify adoption gaps, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.

• Influence prioritisation discussions and ensure business priorities are clearly represented.
• Bring experience working in a large, complex, international organization.

• A monthly gross salary between €4905,42 and €9667,42 depending on experience and qualifications.
