The Electrical Inspector for D&E and research is responsible for the electrical inspection to ensure the safety, compliance and proper operation of low-voltage electrical machinery and equipment. The inspector conducts inspections, performs risk assessments, and ensures compliance to Dutch safety regulations and standards following the NEN3140 “Operation of electrical installations - Low voltage” and the Working Conditions act. Furthermore, the inspector needs to have a good understanding of the relevant standards NEN-EN-IEC 60204-1 and NEN-EN-IEC 61010-1
Role and ResponsibilitiesMBO level 4 or Bachelor in the area of electrical engineering.

Scope:
All D&E and Research test lab locations in the Netherlands as described in the document “BEI ASML CRE Nederland” (CRE EHS 0084). All electrical work equipment (Temporary lab equipment, CE Lab equipment, Cots- ( Commercial of the Shelf) ) in these labs are in scope. The D&E and Research electrical facilities belonging to, or under control of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) are out of scope.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
