What you’ll do
As an Engineering Manager Reporting/Analytics, you'll play a crucial role in leading our talented engineering team to success. The team is composed of Snowflake engineers and SAP Reporting/Analytics experts that collaborate closely. You'll oversee the development lifecycle and ensure that our projects are delivered on-time and within scope. Is this about you?
You're a natural leader with a passion for engineering and technology. You're excited about working with a team to build innovative products and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, 3-5 years.
- Strong technical background in SAP Reporting (SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere, CDS-views, Snowflake) development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.
You’ll be responsible for
- Overseeing the Reporting/Analytics engineering team’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leading the adoption of best practices in Reporting/Analytics development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What we have to offer
Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €145.000
Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
