Locations
Duynie Group has 15 locations throughout Europe. The head office is based in Alphen aan den Rijn (The Netherlands). For our feed activities we use the principle: act local think global. Therefore our feed organisation has offices in all countries where we are active. Novidon has several plants in Europe for the modification of potato starch. Novidon sales, AgrioBioSource and the Duynie Ingredients activities are centralised in our sales office in Nijmegen (The Netherlands).

Finance Administrator (parttime) – Valencia – Duynie

As a parttime Finance Administrator, you will play an all-round role in supporting our financial administration. With accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mentality, you ensure efficient processes and compliance with regulations. Working closely with our local Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for a wide range of support tasks within our Spanish entity, including daily transactions and assistance with monthly reporting. In addition to finance, you will provide support in HR administration for Spain and act as key-user of our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager with all-round finance tasks
- Process daily administrative activities-
- Bank statements
- Purchase invoices
- Sales invoices - Support payments and credit collection
- Handle daily HR administration
Act as key-user for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Wat neem je mee?- Bachelor degree in Economics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/financial role
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
- Affinity with the agri/food sector is a plus
- Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Accurate, pragmatic, and communicative working style
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, and proactive attitude

In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.
Mogelijk is een case onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan de case vanuit huis worden gemaakt en soms maak je de case voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie.
Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
