You oversee the comprehensive planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, coach and mentor more junior colleagues, actively participate yourself and own and improve the planning and scheduling process. You own the the year-schedule and align with operations on it. You will be part of a mid-sized maintenance organization with over 60 people, with a wide variety of background, your knowledge and experience are very welcome.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and scheduling planned maintenance work, functionally heading planner/schedulers in the maintenance delivery teams.
• ·Head and maintain a maintenance planning scheduling community with the planner/schedulers.
• Maintain, own and be the expert for the planning & scheduling processes in maintenance.
• Head the regular meetings with production to align on scheduled maintenance and required downtimes.
• Maintain oversight of required downtime and ensure that timely and according to procedures downtime is requested.
• Own and maintain reports or report templates that support planning and scheduling process or needed for meetings for production.
• Coach and mentor planner/schedulers in the maintenance delivery teams regarding planning & scheduling on a daily basis.
• Be first point of escalation for planning, scheduling and production downtime regarding, escalate to maintenance management when required.
• Monitor compliance with planning & scheduling processes, take action in case of deviations.
• Identify opportunities and drive improvements for the maintenance planning & scheduling process.
• Optimize resources and workload across the maintenance department given the defined amount of maintenance in the systems.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the database with all intended and active projects for maintenance and utilities.
• Report on the database for identification of required project resources, analyze availability and advice management on options.

Minimum Qualification

• HBO level in a technical direction
• Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Dutch
• Excellent computer proficiency in CMMS system (SAP PM), MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills
• 10 years of experience in maintenance and scheduling
• · Ability to work independently

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 52 500 to 84 180 EUR on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance
