ASML (Eindhoven, Netherlands)
ASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. We provide chipmakers with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.
ASML is the world's leading supplier of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. Across our global manufacturing network, thousands of employees contribute every day to building some of the most advanced machines in the world. To remain successful, ASML continuously evolves its processes, systems, and ways of working.
Many of these changes are driven by large-scale improvement programs that impact multiple sectors, factories, and employee groups worldwide. Within ASML, these initiatives are referred to as APIs (ASML Prioritized Initiatives): strategic transformation programs that help ASML prepare for future growth, scalability, standardization, and operational excellence.
While these initiatives create business value, successful implementation ultimately depends on people. Employees need to understand what is changing, why it is changing, and how they can successfully perform in the new situation. This is particularly important within Manufacturing, where global standards must often be translated into local factory realities, different organizational structures, and diverse target audiences.
This is where the Manufacturing Academy plays a key role.
Within the Manufacturing API Learning team, we help Manufacturing employees successfully navigate complex business transformations by translating change into effective learning, knowledge, and performance enablement solutions. We partner with global programs, Business Process Improvement (BPI), Manufacturing Change Management, Business Learning teams, factory stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to ensure people remain capable, confident, and productive throughout change.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Learning Professional (APIs) who thrives in complexity, enjoys creating structure in ambiguity, and is passionate about helping people perform successfully in changing environments.
As our new API Learning Professional, you will operate at the intersection of learning, change enablement, business transformation, and manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, BPI, Change Management, Learning organizations, and strategic programs to ensure employees are prepared for upcoming changes and can continue to perform successfully before, during, and after implementation.
