You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our factory in IJsselstein running smoothly. Your technical know-how and hands-on mentality are key. You’ll have the chance to learn, specialize, and actively contribute to improvement initiatives. You’ll work with diverse technologies, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced machinery and robotic systems
  
• Quickly and precisely detect and fix malfunctions
  
• Help install new equipment
  
• Share improvement ideas and help optimize installations and processes

You’re hands-on, technically minded, and solution focused. You thrive in a steady team environment and enjoy taking responsibility. Ideally, you bring:

• A vocational (MBO 3) degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering
  
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical installations
  
• English language skills and basic Dutch proficiency
  
• A curious, precise, and team-oriented mindset
  
• Willing to work in shifts.

• Gross salary: € 2,975 – € 4,760 per month (incl. 19% shift allowance)
