You will work within the Operations & Process Innovation (OPI) group, leading the Data & Analytics domain. Your goal is to ensure that accurate, high-quality data is available at the right time to maximize business value and improve operational performance.. In this role, you also take ownership of KPIs, budgets, and risk management at portfolio level, while continuously steering toward value creation and operational excellence.

• You connect operations and technology. You act as the linking pin between operations, process experts, and technology teams, translating plant challenges into scalable digital and data-driven solutions.
• You lead and develop a high-performing team. You manage a multidisciplinary team and foster a strong collaborative culture, while building Agile capabilities, skill development roadmaps, and Communities of Practice.
• You drive data transformation initiatives. You will also lead a portfolio of high-impact projects and programs, aligning stakeholders across, data & analytics value streams to deliver measurable business value.
• You ensure data reliability and governance. You safeguard high-quality, compliant, and scalable data products, maintaining a single source of truth and strong governance standards.
• You stimulate innovation and partnerships. You balance in-house development with external collaborations and leverage modern technologies such as AI/ML to accelerate progress.

Furthermore, you have:

• An academic level of thinking and working, with hands-on experience in enterprise data management, BI, and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience in leading large data teams and delivering complex transformation programs in cross-functional environments, including working with global vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and align them with organizational goals.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Affinity with manufacturing environments and familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure Boards, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Spotfire, or Power BI, along with excellent Dutch & English communication skills.

In addition to a strong focus on development, we offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports both your professional and personal life:

• A salary between €5,892.58 and €11,032.58 gross per month, depending on experience, plus profit sharing.
• A minimum of 29 vacation days and 11.5 ADV days, with additional flexibility through working arrangements.
• An 8% holiday allowance and a 2% year-end bonus.
• A pension scheme with a 70% employer contribution.
• Excellent secondary benefits, including expense reimbursements and healthcare-related compensation, along with a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

You will be part of the Operations & Process Innovation team, working closely with value stream leads in an Agile setup with clearly defined outcomes. The team is collaborative, driven, and focused on delivering tangible data driven results in a complex industrial environment.

At the same time, you will play a key role within the broader Data & Analytics management team, where you contribute to shaping the future structure, standards, and ways of working. Together with your team, you ensure the successful delivery of data products and Product Backlog Items, always aligned with evolving business needs and translated into sustainable, practical digital solutions.
