Operator 2-shifts Eindhoven

Are you technically minded and do you thrive in a production setting where collaboration and high quality standards go hand in hand? For a modern food production company, we are looking for an Operator who takes ownership of their production line and approaches the work with energy and commitment.

You are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. This involves preparing and adjusting the machinery, closely monitoring output, and stepping in whenever adjustments are required. You carry out quality inspections to ensure products consistently meet established standards and independently resolve minor technical issues. When more complex malfunctions occur, you work closely with the technical service team to ensure quick and effective solutions.
