As Production Manager, you’ll lead the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our production facility, ensuring high-quality heat treatment processes while driving operational excellence, team performance and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of production, maintenance, quality, people management and process optimisation, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in heat treatment, metallurgy or industrial production.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams, make decisions independently and drive performance.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, quality systems (IATF/ISO), continuous improvement and excellent communication skills in English.

Location & Work Pattern

This role is based in Budapest, with onsite expectations. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
