We now wish to recruit a Project Information Manager for a large construction project in Belgium. This role will provide on-site Digital administrative support in a live project environment, with multiple disciplines using Document Management & Collaboration systems. The role would be suited to a candidate familiar with databases, data management, dashboard reporting, spreadsheets and electronic document management systems (EDMS).

This a fully site based position.

• Training to support Receipt Verification (RV) & Turnover process
• Facilitate document and data management on various project systems
• Identify & communicate construction data and documentation requirements to facilitate CM Turnover, timing and frequency of delivery.

• Level 7 Primary degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Science related course is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Proven experience of Project Management or Construction environment
• Experience of projects information & data requirements.
• Digital era mindset with data centric approach to problem solving
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong training and mentoring skills
• Strong work ethic, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
• Develop and maintain good Client relations.
• Set up appropriate communications and reporting structures (meeting, reports etc.), follow up on any Client queries or issues.
• Support the Project Team(s) throughout project lifecycles
