At the Cosun Innovation Center in Dinteloord, we are looking for a Resource Manager who will maximize the productivity of the RD&I organization by improving processes, resource allocation, and project delivery. In this pivotal role, you will ensure on-time, in-full delivery of research and new product development projects, driving measurable impact and return on RD&I investment.

Royal Cosun is an international, leading agricultural cooperative and is owned by approximately 8,100 sugar beet growers. What will you do?

• Develop and monitor KPIs for RD&I performance and efficiency
• Plan and allocate central RD&I resources for research and NPD projects
• Manage the innovation funnel and act as gatekeeper for research and NPD projects
• Identify and assess opportunities to improve RD&I effectiveness and efficiency
• Prioritize and manage process improvement projects, including benefit tracking
• Establish dashboards for innovation performance and efficiency (forecasts and actuals)
• Collaborate with RD&I leadership to align priorities and resource planning

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in innovation, business management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in innovation or business improvement environments
• Strong drive for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Data-driven approach with outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project, portfolio and resource management
• Proven track record in innovation performance improvement

Procedure

Je leren kennen

Indien je goed aansluit op de vacature neemt de HR Specialist Recruitment contact met je op. Dit om alvast een eerste beeld te krijgen en mogelijke vragen van weerszijde beantwoord te krijgen.

Het eerste gesprek

In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.

Case

Mogelijk is een case onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan de case vanuit huis worden gemaakt en soms maak je de case voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie.

Het tweede gesprek

Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
