Duynie Feed Europe is part of the Duynie Group, Europe’s largest company specialized in sourcing and valorizing co‑products from the food, beverage, and biofuel industries. Duynie Feed Spain is committed to supporting farmers with high‑quality feed solutions. We combine commercial expertise with hands‑on technical advice on nutrition, ration formulation, and the optimal use and storage of co‑products. To strengthen our commercial presence in the South of Spain, we are looking for a driven Sales Representative who will play a key role in expanding our market and supporting our customers.

Your Role
As Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the sales of our co‑product portfolio to cattle farms across South Spain. This is a hands‑on commercial role in which you combine market development, customer relationship management, and coordination with our logistics and supply chain teams.

You will work closely with farmers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure that our products reach the right customers at the right time. You will actively promote the nutritional, economic, and environmental benefits of co‑products and contribute to our mission of making the feed industry more sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the sales market for co‑products, building a strong network close to key suppliers.
  • Visit cattle farmers regularly and build long‑term relationships by advising on nutrition, rations, and the practical use of co‑products.
  • Promote Duynie’s product portfolio and sustainability mission.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and account management.
  • Coordinate logistics between producers, transport partners, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align sales activities with product availability.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Represent Duynie at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Wat neem je mee?

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional with strong communication skills and a passion for the agricultural sector. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by achieving results.

You bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agri‑food or livestock sector.
  • Strong commercial vision and excellent negotiation skills.
  • An established network within the Spanish livestock industry is a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Flexibility, responsibility, and a positive, hands‑on attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Spain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish; English and Portuguese are considered a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed advisory.
  • Proven track record in commercial roles.

  • Je leren kennen

    Indien je goed aansluit op de vacature neemt de HR Specialist Recruitment contact met je op. Dit om alvast een eerste beeld te krijgen en mogelijke vragen van weerszijde beantwoord te krijgen.

  • Het eerste gesprek

    In het eerste gesprek kom je in contact met jouw mogelijk toekomstige manager en uiteraard is er iemand van HR aanwezig om je als persoon wat beter te leren kennen.

  • Case

    Mogelijk is een case onderdeel van de procedure. Hierin wordt er gekeken hoe je met bepaalde praktijksituaties om zou gaan. Vaak kan de case vanuit huis worden gemaakt en soms maak je de case voor aanvang van het 2e gesprek op locatie.

  • Het tweede gesprek

    Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
