As an Assistant Project Manager at C&MC, you will play a vital role in supporting, assisting and contributing to the management of various projects within our department. Projects such as retrofits and modular new builds. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

• Assisting in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Collaborating and facilitating communication with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, and quality control;
• Contributing to risk assessments and participating in the development of contingency plans;
• Identifying and assisting in addressing project risks and issues;
• Supporting the timely completion of projects within budget and in accordance with quality standards;
• Providing updates on project progress and status to stakeholders;
• Some travelling to visit project locations.

• Proactive, hands-on and energetic personality.
• At least 3 years of experience in a project management capacity, demonstrating involvement in managing projects successfully;
• Experience in the maritime industry;
• Solid project management skills, enabling you to support cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently;
• Proficiency with project management software;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at various levels;
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
