Automation Technical Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Automation Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation technologies and a strong understanding of Azure cloud services and infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively with multiple infrastructure teams, including those focused on virtual machines, identity and access management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including design patterns, best practices, and deployment strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance throughout the automation development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to manage virtual machines, identity and access management, and reporting solutions in Azure cloud environments.
• Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies to enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions and infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on automation technologies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation and cloud technologies.
• Define solution direction using Hyperautomation capabilities like UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, AI to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience as an Automation Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, identity and access management, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Strong communication and interPersonal Skills:, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in automation technologies and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, UiPath Certified Professional,) are a plus.
