The Technical Trainer is responsible for all technical content required to be delivered to support the EDU MR training portfolio. This individual will work closely with the global EDU Team to identify content development requirements for the projects they are assigned. They will also support in the delivery of the MR education portfolio for internal or customer technical training.
What are my responsibilities?
1.Teach courses: Conduct in-class theoretical courses and practical hands-on to CSEs and customers by managing and implementing the whole technical training process from courses preparation to participation monitoring and delivering lectures as well as leading hands-on practical sessions.
2.Maintain training demo systems in good condition: Maintain, repair and update the related medical equipment (i.e: workstations or CT scaner, Ultrasound as training demo systems) and keep them in ready condition for training.
3.Certification: Execute process for training certificates: Contribute to the developing of certification test questions; Carry out tests.
4.Communication: Feedback error messages and provide proven solutions to correct errors to Engineering Departments.
5.Other job-related assignments given by supervisor
What do I need to qualify for this position?
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or engineering. Experience in service of medical products or experience with medical systems in the clinical environment.
2. College diploma or above majored in medical engineering, or electrical engineering, or electronic engineering, or IT.
3. Advanced level of Engineering knowledge about the systems of training subject, Knowing the principle, function description, diagram and hardware/Safeware structure
4. Advanced level of root-cause analysis, able to do root-cause analysis on system errors and malfunctions, and demonstrate to participants
5. Advanced level of English skills, CEFR Level C (Proficient users) or equivalent, able to teach training course in English
6. At least advanced level of presentation and training skill to archive effective convey of knowledge
7. Required Travel to support countries by request
