Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning efforts for Sassenheim Leadership Team meetings
o facilitating weekly meetings and coordinating agenda that balances focus between strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc topics
o facilitate the discussions and publishing outcomes/decision records to ensure understanding, alignment, and effective communication
o Create meeting minutes and maintain action lists where applicable
• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to maintain visibility to and review progress against key strategic initiatives
• Connect on a regular basis with LT members to ensure the LT governance structure is respected and meeting flows
• Provide tactical and strategic support to the Director and the team where and when appropriate
• Cross site, cross ERG coordination including planning process for the site and calendar management different ERG group events
• Lead the creation/refresh of the annual strategic planning process for the site to identify priorities that are aligned to the overall business strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Communicate site wide KPIs/dashboard on project performance and provide a management tracking and reporting system, enabling data mining and report generation.
• Conduct a quarterly review of site resource loading to ensure optimal and efficient use of resources

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor or Master Degree level educated (accredited institution)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong power point skills and eye for detail.
• Proven track record in leading significant project and/or change initiatives that have delivered breakthrough results for an organization.
• Strong cross-functional business acumen and proven track record in the delivery of cross functional projects.
Desirable:
• Minimum of 6 years overall business experience required. Experience in a senior project management or portfolio management role is a plus.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 62,600.00EUR to 113,200.00 EUR Annually.
