The IT & Data Department at ASML is committed to continuously enhancing our business capabilities while maintaining a 24/7 global IT landscape. We integrate the latest technologies into business-enabling services through close collaboration between our business and IT teams. Within your role, you’ll have the ownership and responsibility to design and deliver innovative solutions – you build it, you own it!

Through this recruitment process, you’ll be matched to a position that falls into one of the following categories:

• Software Development and Engineering: Focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining IT applications and systems to support business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Project and Product Management: Involves managing projects and products, ensuring they meet business needs, and coordinating with various teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• Data and Analytics: Centers on analyzing data to provide insights, support decision-making, and optimize business processes through data-driven strategies.

• Automation and IT Operations: Emphasizes implementing automation solutions, managing IT operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT-related fields such as IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or another relevant area

• You completed your Education less than one year ago or will be fully graduated before September 2025

• Maximum one year of relevant working experience

Get ready to embark on a journey where talent meets opportunity – our tailored Selection process ensures the best match for your next step. To do so, you’ll go through the following process:

1. Application: Apply before Sunday, May 25th at 23:59h (CEST). You’ll receive an update on your application, at the latest, two days after this deadline.

2. Video interview: If selected, you’ll be invited to record your answers to a few pre-determined questions.

3. Selection day: If you are chosen, you’ll be invited to an online day with assessed and non-assessed sessions – expected on June 24th. 

4. Job offer: Shortly after the selection day, we’ll inform you if you’ll receive a job offer with a (preferred) starting date being in August/September 2025. If so, you’ll be offered a full-time position, a competitive salary, a 1-year contract with the intention of getting an indefinite afterwards, tailored trainings, and more.
