This position can be filled globally at various Siemens Healthineers locations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will drive innovation and manage the relationship with ServiceNow, ensuring accountability for the ServiceNow topic
• You will oversee architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service processes
• You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate with enterprise systems
• You will guide the strategic alignment of customer service solutions with enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps
• You will collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate ServiceNow within the broader ecosystem of tools and platforms
• You will facilitate architecture reviews, ensuring standards are met, while empowering solution architects for detailed implementation
• You will provide technical leadership to release trains and development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• You will establish and enforce governance models for ServiceNow solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture principles
• You will maintain a holistic view and act as a strong and reasonable technical leader

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a technical university degree in informatics or a comparable field
• You have many years of working experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as SAP and other ITSM platforms
• If you have substantial, long-standing professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciated
• You have a very deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, FSM) and their applications
• A CTA or CMA ServiceNow certification as well as a SAFe certification are considered a plus

Your attributes and skills:

• You are business fluent in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You have the ability to guide and mentor solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams and to make high-stakes architectural decisions in a collaborative yet authoritative manner
• You are skilled at navigating differences in technical or business opinions and finding common ground
