Process Engineer Business Support

We are looking for a Process Engineer Logistics, who will support one of the LO Departments with continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze logistic processes and implement / standardize solutions while involving the colleagues on the work floor. 

Although this is not an IT role, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially SAP EWM would be beneficial. We are, however, especially looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience with improvement initiatives in a logistics environment.

As a Process Engineer you are responsible for:

• Support or lead improvement projects

• Initiative improvement projects
• Contribute to cross-sector projects
• Identify bottlenecks in the process
• Root cause analysis
• Coaching the team on a daily basis
• Creation of reports/ dashboards
• Analyze performance
• Presenting results

As a Process Engineer you will need:

• Bachelor or Master in business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics. 
• Warehouse and logistics knowledge
• Supply chain knowledge
• Experience with Lean methods
• Project management is a pre
• Experience with ERP-systems (like SAP) is a pre
• Microsoft Office programs
