We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Structure Engineer.

The job
As a Product Structure Engineer at ENERCON, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of our product structure. This role involves defining a configurable Modular Product Structure and maintaining the 150% eBOM in close alignment with our system and manufacturing departments. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the high reusability of modular product structure elements for new WEC (Wind Energy Converter) developments. Additionally, you'll manage interdependencies between various design and option systems, integrate CAD and non-CAD data, maintain a homogenous structural breakdown, and advise on and implement changes in the product structure.
Tasks & responsibilities
- The Product Structure Engineer (PSE) owns and leads the definition of the functional breakdown of the WEC into design solutions.
- PSE defines name and DS cuts.
- DS is entered into the target picture list (TPL) by the PSE.
- The PSE includes the DS into the 150% eBoM. Variant Formula will be applied to 120% & 150% structures. Release of upper structure (Generic Items, Config. Items) will be released by PSE.

What we ask of you
- Completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, design or product development, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of the PLM and CAD, specifically with the tool suite Siemens Teamcenter/NX.
- Excellent written and spoken English, German beneficial.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to quickly establish relationships and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in a global organization.
