Introduction to the jobAs a Project & Change Manager in CSI you will be a key player to drive continuous improvement in D&E, to improve the quality of our machines and of our development processes. Your role is to lead as a project/change manager a cross-sector, multidisciplinary team towards these structural improvements. You and your team take responsibility for defining and implementing the needed improvements across sectors and across business lines, and ensure that solutions are truly embedded and steered upon. On top of your people oriented capabilities to secure embedding of business improvements, your success will strongly depend on your interPersonal Skills: and your ability to communicate across disciplines and management levels.

Shape and execute change strategies that drive adoption and sustainable transformation.
Engage and align stakeholders at all levels, understanding their perspectives and ensuring buy-in.
Translate complex technical projects into clear, people-centric change initiatives. And define scope, monitor adoption and resistance and adjust strategies where needed.
Challenge assumptions and decisions based on data, insights, and sound arguments. And advise and report to senior management on change impact and effectiveness.
Act as a trusted partner for a variety of stakeholders, from engineers to higher management and Manage the triple constraint.
Project Management skills: Ability to manage project plans, budget, risk, mitigation, action logs, and timelines.
Creates an activity-based planning to ensure the deliverables of the project.
Senior-level experience in leading and implementing large-scale projects, that include organizational and process changes, ideally within a technical environment.
Good track record with >5 years of experience (or >3 complex projects) in Change or Project management with focus on process improvements.
Proven experience with driving impactful projects successfully.
A deep understanding of organizational behavior and change adoption.
Fluency in English; experience in an international work environment is a plus.
Ability to balance strategy and execution—you’re hands-on and lead by example.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Resilience and adaptability to navigate a dynamic and fast-evolving setting.
Independent and proactive—you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum.
