Within the Business Intelligence & Analytics department of ASML, the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) Value Office leads the value delivery/benefits management activities for a range of highly impactful cross-Sector and cross-Business Line improvement programs. Within this team, we are looking for an experienced project lead with senior stakeholder management skills. Someone who is up for a new challenge in a high exposure role within our organization.
Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be the Project lead value office on multiple cross-Sector and cross-Business Line improvement programs, supported by Business Analysts. In this role, you support programs from beginning to end: aligning the view of stakeholders on value ambition and delivery - via the creation of SMART problem statements and objective statements - such that analytics can be used to identify actionable insights. You drive the delivery of supporting metrics and value tracking, and embedment and ownership of the program results within ASML. To do this your team can build upon the analytics infrastructure created by other teams within our department. You will promote the utilization of ASML and customer insights for ASML value creation through analytics.
In your role as Project lead value office, You will:
Lead the value management activities for multiple improvement programs, starting from the assessment of the value potential from inception of the improvement program, up to measuring and challenging the value delivery during and after realization of the improvement program
Evaluate and challenge the value management to the improvement program senior stakeholders
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with cross-sector program stakeholders to facilitate successful collaboration; Connect with and facilitate collaboration amongst cross-sector business stakeholders; Collaborate within a growing team of other Project Leads and Business Analysts within the BPI Value office as well as the Value Offices within DUV and EUV BLs to translate data-driven insights into value for ASML
Continue to build the BPI Value Office means & methods and support, mentor and coach the BPI Value Office team on a day-to-day basis to deliver upon plan, by providing learning opportunities and feedback; Review and report progress to BI&A management
Steer team of Project Leads and Business Analysts on milestones, dependencies, issues, risks according to a team plan (deliverables, who, when)
Cultivate data-driven leadership across the ASML organization and influence decision-making without a direct reporting line

This job position is part of the Distributed Analytics Network (DAN, a network consisting of analytics entities (called Analytics ‘Nodes’) throughout the different sectors at ASML. The main objective of the DAN network is to create an aligned way of working across the organization, to bring our ASML’s analytics capabilities to the next level.
