About the role

In this role you drive, manage, and coordinate various challenging projects in Supply Chain. As our Project Manager you are responsible for project management and coordination. If you enjoy having a lot of responsibility, bringing structure to a complex and exciting projects, being a key part within our transformation journey, this opportunity is for you. Part of the role is to obtain visibility into the project, identifying issues/risks early on, effective resource allocation and besides this building trust, connections and communicate clearly to various (senior) stakeholders in the organization. Expertise on Supply Chain Planning tools and Demand & Supply processes are essential for this role.

Our application landscape is predominantly SAP. Most of our business change initiatives require SAP expertise to define and implement changes. Our project managers are not expected to be specialists in SAP. However, it is important to have a general understanding of SAP, and you need to be interested to further develop your knowledge of SAP.

You contribute and play an active role in helping the business to achieve its objectives by successfully driving the projects you are in charge of. The key activities as our Project Manager Supply Chain are:

• Overall Solution implementation for European business units;
• Coordinate key stakeholders and functions throughout the organization and external parties: Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Master Data, Business Units, Procurement, Business Process Owners, Vendor, Integration Partner, etc.
• Create and deliver reports on the progress of the Project including budgeting and timeline updates, planning, resource allocation, task completion rates, risk assessments and more;
• Advise on making program level decisions and provide timely sign-offs;
• Organize agenda and meetings with SteerCo, setting up Workshops, check ins;
• Pilot Operating Model implementation;
• Supervise and support local for local roll-out;
  

What we are looking for

• You have obtained a Master's degree in (Technical) Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Technology or another relevant (technical) study;
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain and preferably in the manufacturing/FMCG and/or Consulting industry;
• Experience with managing complex supply chain projects and integration of IT solutions;
• You are analytically strong, structured, detail oriented, highly organized and connect easily with various/diverse stakeholders throughout the entire company and external partners;
• You enjoy the dynamics of a fast paced and growing international company and a position with a large amount of autonomy and freedom to add value to the success and journey of Refresco and your career;
• You have a good mix of technical knowledge, business acumen combined with a strong drive, decisiveness, natural leadership, and pragmatism.
• You are entrepreneurial, have strong communication and people management skills and love a challenge;
• Further must have's: fluent in English and experience with SAP;
