The Improvement Engineering Group is part of the Re-Use Engineering department, responsible to deliver the maximum re-use savings through improvement projects.

Role and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are:

• Working with Business engineers, identify opportunity, analyze cause and develop & implement solutions to improve reuse cost, cycle time and CO2 emission.

• Define and apply change management action so that the improvement solutions are accepted and become part of run the business activity.

• Interface with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries (Customer Support, D&E, Planning & Delivery, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and field offices) to create X sectors corporation for E2E process improvement.

Education and experience

Education
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical discipline

Experience

At least 5 years experience in a technical role

• 5 years Project leading experience

• Experience with ASML’s EUV technology is preferred

• Experience of working with ASML suppliers is preferred

The Reuse Project Lead works in small expert teams closely working with field and cross sector stakeholders, reporting to Improvement Engineering Manager, flexibility in assignment/projects is required as the Re-Use scope is developing/growing over time

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
