Our client, Rometal Constructive Solutions, established in 2000, is recognized for its highly qualified production of steel constructions and turn-key mission equipment for the maritime, on- and offshore industry. Sales/Tender Manager

Job information
You will be responsible for the processing and follow up on requests for quotations from existing and new (inter-)national clients. In this position you will report to and work closely together with our director projects and sales who will stimulate and guide you in your development and growth. Also you work together with the Sales Engineer in Romania. Further tasks (amongst others):

• You will develop sales plans, arrange for analyses and monitor trends
• With your pro-active and professional but friendly client communication you will realize great customer satisfaction
• You will arrange for a timely hand-over to the project department enabling them to have excellent project kick-offs after which you will align with your colleagues to keep track on relevant developments
• Manage and realize proper administration on quotations, orders and contracts
• Contribute to the result of our company

Job requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague.

• Who has at least five years experience in a commercial or projectmanagement position in the heavy construction and/or shipbuilding industry
• Bachelor or master degree in a technical direction
• Having a can-do mentality and result-oriented attitude and shows good communicational and commercial skills
• Who is selfstarting, shows positive leadership skills as well as technical and organizational skills
• You have a solid no-nonsense personality, stress resistant, pro-active, and flexible
• Excellent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
