We are now looking for a

Scrum Master

to guide and support multiple digital product teams in delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions within a large-scale Agile environment. You'll foster Agile best practices, enable cross-team collaboration, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The preferred location for the position is in Drunen, The Netherlands.

What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • You facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across one or more product teams.
  • You coach teams and the broader organization on Agile principles, self-management, and continuous delivery.
  • You act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling high team performance.
  • You support cross-team coordination in a scaled Scrum setup (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus).
  • You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
  • You use Agile metrics and insights to foster transparency, inspect & adapt processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II); certifications in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus) are a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with digital product teams (web, mobile, SaaS).
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale or multi-team Agile environments.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with product discovery, UX, MVPs, and product metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across teams.
  • Proven ability to remove blockers and drive collaboration across teams and functions.
