PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Senior Commissioning Manager to work on our Data Center project in Belgium.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all commissioning phases from pre-commissioning through to handover
- Manage mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, generators, UPS)
- Lead electrical commissioning (HV/LV distribution, lighting, fire systems)
- Coordinate piping and instrumentation commissioning activities
- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and procedures
- Manage commissioning team and coordinate with contractors/vendors
- Conduct integrated systems testing and witness testing protocols
- Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute/ASHRAE/local standards
- Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation
- Interface with client representatives and facility management teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities
- Proven track record managing large-scale data center projects
- Deep knowledge of MEP systems in hyperscale environments
- Experience with critical power systems (generators, UPS, PDUs)
- Strong understanding of cooling technologies (CRAH/CRAC, chilled water)
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and DCIM platforms
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Professional engineering qualification preferred
- Data center industry certifications (DCCA, Uptime Institute)
- Strong project management and client-facing abilities
- Experience with Tier III/IV data center requirements
- Knowledge of European electrical codes and safety standards
- Fluent English; local language skills advantageous
