Senior Expertise Support Officer

Introduction to the role

ASML’s IT division is at the heart of our global operations, managing everything from infrastructure and automation to collaboration tools and business process optimization. As we undergo an Agile Transformation, we're looking for a skilled Expertise Support Officer to help streamline operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality services across teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Asset management: Handle ordering and alignment with hardware suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of equipment;
• Financial control: Manage invoicing, reporting, and forecasting to keep projects on track and within budget;
• Service management quality: Oversee the quality of service management processes, focusing on areas like HW Asset Management and CMDB;
• Data analysis & reporting: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements;
• Collaboration: Work with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment, communicate results, and facilitate continuous improvement.

Experience and Education

We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and a strong background in analytical thinking and organization. You should be comfortable with financial processes and have experience in hardware asset management.

Skills

• Analytical: You have a strong background in expertise support, service management, or delivery roles. You thrive in enterprise agile environments and enjoy working with a variety of tools such as MS Office, ServiceNow, Power BI, Spotfire, Jira, and more;
• Process-oriented: You’re skilled in administrative support processes and can manage data reporting with precision;
• Collaborative: You excel in building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality documentation and work instructions.
