• You will play a crucial role in Eneco's mission to become a climate-neutral, digital-first energy company. This includes driving radical electrification, phasing out fossil fuels, and accelerating sustainable solutions like green hydrogen and geothermal energy.

• You will use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success. This means you will play a key role in building and optimizing core internal platforms that enable operational excellence and scalable digital solutions.

• You will work closely with various teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive alignment and execution. This ensures a holistic approach to product development and management, where you clearly communicate and execute Eneco's product vision and strategy.

As Group Product Manager for Business Capability Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing core internal platforms, enabling operational excellence and scalable digital solutions that benefit both customers and internal teams.

What you’ll do

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision aligned with company goals and articulate it clearly to stakeholders and teams.

• Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

• Cross team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive alignment and execution

• Product Vision & Strategy – enable Eneco’s platform’s product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap.

• Data-Driven Execution – Leverage data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success.

• Lead Platform Development – Become the knowledge expert og B2C internal platforms & steer operational efficiency and customer focus, ensuring alignment across teams and business units

• Enable (semi) automation and efficiency gains by leveraging data and modern platform capabilities, reducing friction for business teams and enhancing customer interactions.

Is this about you?

You are a skilled and always curious product leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering impactful solutions at scale. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can adjust to different ways of working. When problem solving, you put people before process / tools to keep your team moving forward at speed. You have a hands-on approach to product management tasks while able to zoom out and see the bigger picture.

You’ll be responsible for

• Discovery & Innovation – Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful solutions – both long and short term.

• Scrum and Agile Leadership – Facilitate agile rituals to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Roadmap & OKRs – Develop and align the product roadmap with team and company goals. Driving automation and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Vision Evangelism – Champion your product vision and way of working to inspire internal and external stakeholders to come along

What we have to offer



Gross annual salary between €100.000 and €125.000

Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
