Key Responsibilities:

• Building High-Performance Teams Lead and inspire a diverse team of manufacturing professionals, providing expert mentorship that drives both individual growth and operational excellence. You'll create an innovative environment where every team member feels empowered to chip in creative solutions.
• Quality and Compliance Leadership Maintain exceptional standards in GMP compliance while fostering a culture of quality and safety. Your expertise will ensure our operations consistently meet both internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Driving Operational Excellence Champion LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement, leading Gemba walks, handling key performance indicators, and implementing strategic solutions that enhance safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency across our operations.
• Strategic Leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs. You'll see opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that drive our manufacturing capabilities forward.
• Attract, develop, advance, and retain talent that reflects the varied communities we serve. Assess the skill levels of team members, identify areas for development, and provide mentorship to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience with shown success in team leadership
• Educational Background: Minimal of a HBO degree in a relevant field
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of GMP and LEAN manufacturing principles requirements
• Communication Excellence: Professional English proficiency (B2 level) and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Digital Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office skills with experience in data analysis

• Leadership Abilities: Ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving goals. Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and instructions.
