Sourcing Lead Warehouse Logistics NL

Do you want to partner closely with the Planning & Delivery sector to identify and source the best warehouse solutions for ASML? Can you support the business strategy and drive excellent negotiations and contract management?

We are continuously developing our Sourcing & Procurement department and would like to welcome an enthusiastic sourcing lead!

You will further strengthen and develop our logistics sourcing team within Indirect Procurement department. In this role you unlock the potential of our suppliers to deliver solutions that execute ASML’s business strategy, taking into account an optimal balance between total cost of ownership, performance and risk for ASML.

• Owner of warehouse contracts for the Netherlands.

• Challenge & support internal stakeholders in their demand.

• Lead and manage warehouse RFQs in alignment with internal stakeholders and category strategy.

• Source and negotiate support functions in the warehouse environment.

• Manage and maintain the contracts

• Manage the commercial supplier relation & performance within the responsible region.

• Ensure compliancy to the procure-to-pay process.

• Manage projects line with the global warehouse category strategy.

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience in a logistics procurement and/or supplier management role.

• Minimal 5-years project management experience

• Minimal 3-years' experience in managing 3PLs.

• Strategic and tactical procurement experience

• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills

• Strong collaborator with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Action-oriented and structured

• Able to maintain overview in complex situations and drive a multidisciplinary approach

• Able to work in a continuously changing and very challenging environment

• English is a must, Dutch is preferred

This challenging Procurement position reflects the dynamics of ASML and high spend responsibility and frequent exposure to Senior Management.

You will be working in the Indirect Procurement department, the logistics sourcing team which consists of 5 procurement colleagues, reporting to a group category director.
