Supplier Return Handling Expert

We are now looking for a

Supplier Return Handling Expert

to join our Marine Power Parts Services team.

In this position you will handle the parts from Blocked Stock/Non Conformity materials. You will ensure the quality of the supplier return deliveries and documentation. Handle tasks in the vendor notification in cooperation with the Quality Inspectors and the Vendor Claim Settlers. You are also responsible for the fulfilment of the non-conformity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the operations quality, and customer satisfaction.

The position is located in Kampen, the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

• Following up on all tasks in SAP on returning parts to suppliers, 300 per month.
• Execute tasks in notifications related to supplier claims in cooperation with the Vendor Claim Settler.
• Returning parts to supplier: Make sure parts are correct, include necessary documents and transport documentation.
• Handling repaired or replaced parts from supplier: Check Quality of parts and make them physically and system wise available.
• Scrapping obsolete/blocked stock: Check the correctness of the parts, physical scrapping and system wise scrapping.
• Housekeeping of Blocked Stock: Make sure that blocked stock is correct and matching physical and system wise.
• SAP Housekeeping: Make sure SAP System is matching the actual situation.
• Ensure operations performance and efficiency, meeting set targets and KPIs. Ensure high quality of end-to-end operations
• If needed help with customer return handling.

You will shine in this role when you have:

• You hold a vocational degree in preferably mechanical engineering or similar
• Good SAP system skills and previous experience in a high quality demanding environment is needed
• Experience in non-conformity handling is appreciated
• You're a team player, with a true service attitude. You're precise, decisive, and positive and have the ability to work systematically
• Strong problem solving capacities
• Fluent in Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
• SAP knowledge (QM and SD module) and EWM knowledge is preferred

• TMS system knowledge is preferred
• Experience of warehouse environment
