We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic TEAM LEAD TOWER DEVELOPMENT.

The position
The Team Lead position for the tower development is part of the core technologies of the R&D Department of ENERCON. The team is responsible for the structural concept, verification and certification of the tower design. As team leader you are responsible for 15 employees spread over several locations in Europe and India.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Technical management to ensure group performance
- Team management including operationalization of department strategy, group and employee targets, personnel and budget planning
- Continuous development of the organization in technical, personnel and structural aspects
- Evaluation of technical concepts like new tower types, innovations from the market, new methods and standards

What we ask of you
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering with relevant professional experience
- Experienca in technical management and leading a team
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of FEA, e.g. Ansys Experience in technical management and leading a team
- Fluency in English
