What you’ll do

Operate within UMAX365 ecosystem, balancing customization flexibility with platform constraints.​

Identify and resolve integration, performance, and usability challenges related to UMAX 365 platform enhancements.​

Address platform-specific compliance, governance, and security considerations while collaborating in a cross-functional setting.​

Collaborate with stakeholders in a cross-functional team to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, contributing beyond core responsibilities when needed

You’re proactive, able to work under pressure, have a problem solving mindset and structured.

You’ll be responsible for

• Configure, customize, and extend UMAX365 to meet evolving business requirements.​

• Implement small-scale enhancements, scripts, and automations to optimize workflows.​

• Collaborate with stakeholders in a cross functional team to understand requirements and translate them into platform-specific solutions, contributing beyond core responsibilities when needed​

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.​

• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, security, and compliance.​

• Engage with business & product stakeholders to present technical recommendations and support decision-making aligned with UMAX365 platform capabilities.​

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within cross functional engineering teams

This is where you’ll work

You’ll join the Digital & Tech domain, specifically the enterprise platform solutions team from Eneco Business — a diverse team of innovators and engineers working on systems that enable Eneco’s sustainable mission. You’ll work hybrid, combining focus days at home with collaboration days in our Rotterdam HQ.

Hybrid working: home, office or abroad

Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
