Getinge AB is a Swedish public limited company listed on NASDAQ, Stockholm. In short, corporate governance aims to ensure that a company is managed in a sustainable, responsible and efficient manner in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. The Group’s corporate governance structure and its internal regulations provide frameworks for achieving business objectives and strategies and aiming to ensure the continued strong development of the Group’s operations and, consequently, that the Group’s operations fulfill its obligations to shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, creditors and society.
Good corporate governance entails a well-defined division of duties, transparency vis-à-vis the shareholders and the market and efficient governance and effective control over the group’s operations to ensure that it meets established targets, applicable legislation and other regulations and internal policies. Such governance also brings confidence in the company is maintained with existing and potential investors and other operators in the financial markets.
The Code deals with the decision-making system through which shareholders directly or indirectly govern a company and is a part of the corporate sector’s self-regulation. The Code is based on the principle of “comply or explain”. This means that a company who applies the Code may deviate from a specific rule in case that would be deemed to result in better corporate governance. However, the company must in such case describe its own solution and explain why. Getinge follows the rules of the Code and provides explanations in the Corporate Governance Report in cases where Getinge has deviated from any of these rules.

Work Preparator - Planner
We are looking for an independent and technically skilled Work Planner who will be responsible for preparing and supporting the production of bioreactor systems. As a Work Planner, you ensure that production activities run smoothly, both technically and organizationally. You create work files and make accurate estimates of the required labor time. Additionally, you are responsible for planning the various standard projects. Based on material and capacity needs, you align the planning with customer demand. Through your efforts, you ensure that the files and materials are available on time for the execution of production activities.
Core tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Independently creating and maintaining the planning.
- Checking drawings, bills of materials, and product specifications for technical feasibility and completeness.
- Compiling statistical information for inventory management and production planning.
- Instructing employees on the information in the assembly file.
- Reporting costs and labor time of orders.
- Advising the Production department on the realization process.
- Preparing technical instructions for the execution of work.
- Managing and monitoring the standard production times for bioreactor systems.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- You have completed an MBO education in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable education.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have knowledge of the product range and oversee the supply chain.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of 3D models is a requirement.
- The ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
- Experience with IFS (ERP system) is a plus.
- You are a team player with a proactive attitude.
- You have good communication skills and work accurately.
- Familiarity with the lean method is a plus.

Werkvoorbereider
Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandige en technisch onderlegde Werkvoorbereider die verantwoordelijk is voor het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van de productie van bioreactorsystemen. Als Werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat de productiewerkzaamheden soepel verlopen, zowel technisch als organisatorisch. Je creëert werkdossiers en maakt nauwkeurige inschattingen van de benodigde arbeidstijd. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van de verschillende standaardprojecten. Op basis van materiaal- en capaciteitsbehoefte stem je de planning af op de klantvraag. Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat de dossiers en materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de uitvoering van de productiewerkzaamheden.
Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen zijn, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
- Zelfstandig maken en bijhouden van de planning.
- Controleren van tekeningen, stuklijsten en productspecificaties op technische uitvoerbaarheid en volledigheid.
- Opstellen van statistische informatie voor voorraadbeheer en productieplanning.
- Instrueren van medewerkers over de informatie in het assemblagedossier.
- Rapporteren van kosten en arbeidstijd van orders.
- Adviseren van de afdeling Productie over het realisatieproces.
- Opstellen van technische instructies voor de uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
- Beheren en bewaken van de normproductietijden voor bioreactorsystemen.
Kennis, vaardigheden en ervaring
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde MBO-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je hebt kennis van het productassortiment en overziet de supply chain.
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend.
- Kennis van 3D-modellen is een vereiste.
- Het kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met IFS (ERP-systeem) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een teamplayer met een proactieve houding.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Bekend zijn met de lean-methode is een pre.
