Role and Responsibilities

You will be the leader of Digital Intelligence Product management and development. You will orchestrate the maturity of this capability across ASML toward end-to-end digital intelligence product portfolios. This role demands a blend of relentlessly focusing on value, developing high scale Data and Analytics factories, and strategically optimizing the data, reporting and analytics product categories for an AI-native world.
 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Strategy & operating model – define product strategy, product federated orchestration and  factory operating principles; set portfolio guardrails (prioritization, funding, re‑use, sunsetting); push the boundaries of digital and decision intelligence.

• Lifecycle ownership – Be the process owner for the full product lifecycle; ensure traceable decisions, embed governance and compliance.

• Execution leadership – Lead the central factory; orchestrate hybrid delivery to plan and efficiently, in collaboration, serving the network of sectors and leveraging internal and external partners.

• Value management – Be business outcome driven; implement measurement, benefits realization and showcasing, and portfolio health reporting.

• Standards & excellence – Define product standards, benchmarking against top practices.

• Talent & culture – Further build and coach a diverse, high‑performing team and network; level‑up digital intelligence fluency across the network.

• Co‑shape transversal Chief Data Office themes and support sector initiatives.
   

Education and experience

You bring:

• 15+ years across data and analytics with scaled value delivery and leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary teams (~200+) and complex programs.

• A master degree in a Data/Analytics/AI‑related field, complemented by strong business Education or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated command of data product management, modern data stacks, lifecycle tooling, cost governance, and up‑to‑date on organizational and technical best practices including AI for data and analytics.
