HR Market Consultant (Netherlands), People Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the HR field, and with Corporate Operations Engineer (CoE) disciplines and local employment law.
• Experience with local labour law and a labour relations environment.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently in order to communicate with the local labour officials.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
• Ability to deliver, and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with employee representatives and third parties, work with the Business and other stakeholders (People Operations, Employee Relations, Employment Legal) to ensure Google’s compliance with its information and consultation obligations under local legislation. 
• Enable the successful roll-out of company-wide programs and initiatives by advising on, designing and implementing the required labor relations process.
• Manage several complex labor relations initiatives simultaneously, manage timelines, identify legal and operational risks and clearly communicate these to the stakeholders.
• Work with Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Global Labor Relations teams to contribute to a global labor relations strategy. Define and implement training, provide coaching and guidance towards the broader People Operations community.
• Provide support around broader HR topics and areas, contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem.
